Kathy Griffin: Broadway Bound

Gearing up for another one of her foul-mouthed projects, Kathy Griffin is headed to Broadway.

The “My Life on the D-List” funnywoman will be starring in “ Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony” at the Belasco Theater from March 11-13 and 15-19.

And it sounds like Miss Kathy Griffin will be in her glory as she plans to use "fresh material due to the revolving door of pop culture, political and celebrity missteps."


In a statement, Kathy Griffin said, “While I have been asked to understudy for Spider-Man and take over for Al when he has finished his run in ‘The Merchant of Venice,’ instead I have decided to take my very own show to Broadway.”
