Brandi Glanville on LeAnn Rimes Counseling: FAIL!

Brandi Glanville says she went to counseling with her ex-husband's new fiancee, LeAnn Rimes. The former Mrs. Eddie Cibrian also says it did not go so well.

Before LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian got engaged, "I did try some counseling with her, but it did not go so well for one reason or another," Brandi said.

"At times I feel like they are blaming me, although I don't really quite know why, but I understand it is a process and that our sons have to come first."

Brandi and Eddie have two sons and after eight years of marriage, the pair divorced after he met and had an affair with LeAnn Rimes on the set of Northern Lights.

"There is still a lot of animosity but hopefully, one day, we can move through that and get to a better place," Brandi Glanville said. "Divorce is very tough."

"Going through it in public makes it harder. Eddie and LeAnn Rimes wanted me to sign a confidentiality agreement but I refused, as I never did anything wrong."

"I have great friends and family. I have managed to draw strength from that, plus the fact that my boys always keep me busy," Brandi said of her boys. (THG)

The “Can’t Fight the Moonlight” songstress looked beautiful as she posed outside the Bridgestone Arena in her sexy short grey sleeveless dress.


LeAnn was dateless at the arrivals area as her main squeeze Eddie Cibrian apparently decided to sit this one out.

Ms. Rimes is scheduled to present an award during tonight’s ceremony, hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.

Star Magazine is reporting that Eddie has been cheating on LeAnn Rimes since the beginning of their affair.

Well after Eddie and LeAnn went public with their romance last year, the actor has enjoyed passionate all-night sex sessions with Brandi, whom he’s still in the process of divorcing after eight years of marriage and to whom he owes $23,000 in back child support and alimony payments.
When contacted by Star, Brandi herself admitted to the hookups with Eddie.
"LeAnn is getting a bitter taste of her own medicine," a friend of Brandi’s tells Star. "Eddie will keep cheating, because that’s just what he does.”

LeAnn Rimes plays the doting stepmother as she joins Eddie Cibrian for a family holiday in Mexico

It was exactly a year ago when LeAnn Rimes and married actor Eddie Cibrian were first photographed kissing in a Los Angeles restaurant.

But after splitting from their respective spouses and becoming an official couple, Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36, are more than happy to be photographed together.

The country singer enjoyed her first ever family holiday earlier this week with Cibrian and his two young sons as the foursome hopped over the border to Mexico.

Clad in a stripy bikini, Rimes bonded with the actor's sons Mason, six, and Jake, two, as they played in the sand.

Still clearly in the honeymoon period of the romance, the pair couldn't keep their hands of lips off each other as they put on many a public display of affection on the beach.

At one point, they posed for a photo with Rimes's legs wrapped around the former Sunset Beach star.

Rimes was married to dance Dean Sheremet and Cibrian to Brandi Glanville when they were first photographed together last March.

The pair had met earlier that year while filming made-for-TV movie Northern Lights in Canada.

 

The Can't Fight The Moonlight singer initially denied she was involved with Cibrian, but conceded she and her husband were going through a 'difficult time', appealing to her fans to have 'faith' in her.

Cibrian's wife Glanville walked out on him in July, declaring 'Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other.'

The following month, they filed divorce papers, citing 'irreconcilable differences'.

On her website in September, Rimes finally wrote: 'After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Dean and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage.

'This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support - it is deeply appreciated.'

Rimes married dancer Sheremet in 2002 when she was just 19 and he was 22.

She has stated that Barbra Streisand, Wynonna Judd, and Reba McEntire have been primary influences on her career. Rimes has stated the main influence on her career is Patsy Cline. She has covered many of Cline's hit songs since the beginning of her career. Her 1999 self-titled album is primarily a tribute to Cline, as Rimes recorded five out of ten songs for the album that had been hits for Cline ten years before.
