Keith Urban Says Nicole Kidman “Should’ve Just Walked”
Keith Urban opened up with Oprah about his relationship with Nicole Kidman and battling his addiction to alcohol. The singer says that he’s grateful for Nicole sticking by him during his fight, even though she shouldn’t have:
“She should’ve just walked. … I’m just so glad she didn’t,”He shared that Nicole was the one who put together the intervention when he slipped back into his drinking habit, and he immediately wanted to get to rehab:
“I was like ‘put the cuffs on. Let’s go,’” Urban recalled.
The couple opened about meeting in a greenroom and just ‘clicked immediately’, even though Keith admits he was a bit intimidated by Nicole.
Nicole says of their marriage:
“Marriage is about everyday trying to make it better.”Keith is currently out promoting his new album “Get Closer”.
